I recommend you ship the horn to me immediately.

While I’ll still support you just sending me the horn, if you want me to evaluate the horn, send me pics. For a good idea of what pics to take, take a look at the article on the forum I run with a couple friends: http://www.woodwindforum.com/forums/showthread.php?1195-Help-US-to-Help-YOU

My tenor is a M 69XXX. There is no SN at neck. Is it bad?. Can it be a non original neck?. I want to sell it and I need to know its value.

Comment on Early Conns: Horns Before 1916 … by Pasquale Zurlo http://thesax.info/blog/early-conns-the-wonders/comment-page-1/#comment-9944 Fri, 19 Feb 2016 00:56:54 +0000 http://thesax.info/?p=1512#comment-9944 Ciao,
I’m the owner of a C. G. Conn s/n 325xx (Made by C.G. Conn – Elkhart – Ind) (1916?). It hasn’t rolled tone holes and it hasn’t the patented brand. The bell is gold plated and the engraving (leaves around the brand) is gold plated too. It’s in perfect conditions with an amazing sound.
Which model is it?
Would you like some pictures?

I apologize for grammatical errors

The serial number is an M. It is also not a polished version, is rather dull. It was purchased in the early 60s which means it was either made in the late 50s or early 60s. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.
